Design Brief

The Rutland Partnership source high quality discount properties. All investment properties are in the UK and meet stringent criteria in order to qualify for the company's property portfolio. Incredibly, no finder's fees or any kind of monthly or annual subscription fees are charged for investment properties purchased via The Rutland Partnership.

They also offer free Property Investment Training Courses which have given thousands of people the knowledge and skills to make money from property investment.

The Rutland Partnership required a logo design and web design to display a professional image and to encourage property investors to invest with them. They had several key sales messages which they wanted to make clear to visitors to the site.

Zumm Creative Approach

The site needed to hold a lot of information in a clear layout to allow visitors to easily move through the pages and find the required information.

Flash animation is also an important aspect of the site, making key messages, striking imagery and offers stand out. Flash animation helps to make a site more memorable to a visitor, grabbing their attention and making them want to read on.

We also created a presentation to enable The Rutland Partnership to pitch to potential clients on a laptop; showing key messages and points of information in easily digestible pieces.
